A Maple Walnut Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients
Two tsp walnuts
Two tsp rolled oats
Three-quarter cup plain
Unsweetened almond milk
Half tsp ground Jamaican Coffee Club Blue Mountain coffee
One pinch of sea salt
One packet Stevia
Half tsp vanilla extract
One tsp maple extract
Two Medjool dates and coarsely chopped
6-8 ice cubes
Instructions
Pour the walnuts and oats in a blender until ground to a fine powder.
Add all other ingredients. Do not add the ice yet.
Process it until it becomes smooth.
Put the ice and pulverize.

Orange and Cardamom Cold-brewed Coffee
This is a sumptuous and fancy-tasting drink you can enjoy, even if you’re super lazy. A combination of grounds with orange zest, water, and several cardamom pods that are crushed is all you need.
Zest the orange, then combine it with coffee, cardamom, and water in a covered jar.
Leave for 24 hours. Strain through a coffee filter.
Serve over ice. If it has a strong taste, add more water.
Homemade Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte
Make your version of this Fall-flavored seasonal drink.
Ingredients
One shot of espresso or 4 oz. of very strong Jamaican Coffee Club Blue Mountain coffee
Three-quarter cup of milk (raw cow’s or coconut milk would give a better taste)
Three tsp of organic pumpkin puree
One tsp of real maple syrup
Five drops of Stevia
One-eighth tsp of pumpkin pie spice
One-eighth tsp of vanilla extract
Pinch of coconut sugar for topping
Make your own topping by mixing 50% of cinnamon, 35% of nutmeg or ginger, 5% of cardamon
Instructions
Brew coffee to taste.
Put it in a mixing glass.
Add pumpkin, vanilla extract, spices, and maple syrup.
Use an immersion blender. If you don’t have one, use a blender to whip.

Instructions
Pour the ingredients into a blender and leave till they are fine in texture.
Use your favorite topping on this.

Ingredients
Four cups of water
Half cup ground JamaicanCoffeeClub Blue Mountain coffee
Half a cup of sweetened condensed milk
Six ice cubes
Instruction
Put two tsp. of sweetened condensed milk in a container.
Add two tsp. of ground coffee to the base of the coffee press. Add a small amount of hot water to the grounds.
Pour boiled water into the coffee press.
Be patient as it will drip slowly. It can take about 3 to 5 minutes for brewing to stop.
During the dripping process, prepare ice cubes in a glass.
Once the dripping stops, you should stir the mixture well for a few seconds.
Pour and enjoy.
